Mở đầu tớ xin giới thiệu 1 chút về cái gọi là diễn họa Kiến trúc :
Kiến trúc là 1 ngành rất đặc trưng. Hẳn khi học nguyên lý các bạn đã được thầy giáo nói rằng, người kiến trúc sư cần phải có khối óc của một kỹ sư, bàn tay và con mắt của một hoạ sĩ và tâm hồn của một nhà thơ. Thật vậy, một người Kiến trúc sư vừa cần có khả năng tư duy logic của 1 anh kỹ sư lại vừa có bàn tay và đôi mắt của 1 anh họa sỹ.Khả năng tư duy của 1 kỹ sư giúp cho KTS có thể tạo ra nền tảng vững chắc cho các công trình còn bàn tay và đôi mắt của 1 họa sỹ giúp KTS tạo nên nét đẹp cho các công trình đó . Chính vì vậy , để thể hiện được ý tưởng của mình , mỗi KTS phải rèn luyện khả năng thể hiện mỹ thuật của mình .
Không hoàn toàn giống với phong cách phóng khoáng của những bức tranh mỹ thuật , các bản diễn họa kiến trúc phải thể hiện được nét đẹp dựa trên cơ sở các bản vẽ kỹ thuật có trước . Nếu phân tích 1 cách kỹ lưỡng chúng ta có thể thấy được rằng : Diễn họa kiến trúc là nghệ thuật hội họa trình diễn các công trình kiến trúc .
Ở các trường có đào tạo chuyên ngành kiến trúc , các sinh viên khi vào trường sẽ được học môn Phương pháp thể hiện kiến trúc ( Cũng chính là phương pháp diễn họa kiến trúc ) Các bài học mở đầu là các bài học để sinh viên có thể có được những nét vẽ chính xác nhất và đẹp nhất cùng với khả năng vẽ phối cảnh đúng luật xa gần.
Để diễn họa kiễn trúc được đẹp thì ngoài việc hiểu các ký hiệu được quy ước trong bản vẽ (điều này là đương nhiên, ko có gì phải bàn) thì còn cần phải chú ý tới bố cục, tỷ lệ, và mọi thứ đều cấn có ý đồ từ trước, chứ ko vẽ một cách tùy hứng, và phóng khoáng như vẽ mỹ thuật được.
Khi diễn họa 1 công trình kiến trúc , ta thường phải tả công trình đó với những yêu cầu cao về tính thẩm mỹ của bản vẽ . Bản diễn họa thành công phải làm nổi bật ý đồ của công trình kiến trúc dựa trên việc diễn tả các yếu tố của công trình đó như : Hình dáng , chất liệu , chi tiết bề mặt .. ( Việc thể hiện các chi tiết phụ như cây cối , người , đồ vật ... cũng góp phần khá quan trọng khiến cho bản diễn họa thêm đẹp ) Để có thể đáp ứng được yêu cầu đó với 1 cây bút chì ( hoặc bút mực) bạn cần chú ý đến cách sử dụng nét vẽ của mình Sau đây tớ xin liệt kê ra 1 số loại nét thường sử dụng trong diễn họa kiến trúc bằng bút chì ( hoặc bút sắt ...)

Một số loại nét được dùng cho diễn họa Kiến Trúc (dhkt) là:
Nét thẳng:
Nét rối
Nét xoắn
Nét đứt đoạn
Phương pháp chấm
Với nét thẳng thì có hai loại là nét run và nét "tháu" (tại sao gọi là tháu nhỉ, nghe mấy đàn anh nói thế thì mình cũng chỉ biết thế chưa tìm hiểu được tại sao, ai biết giải thích dùm nhá). nét rút là nét dài được vẽ với tốc độ trung bình nên nó ko thẳng tắp mà hơi run rẩy một chút, còn nét thau là vẽ các nét tương đối ngắn và vẽ nhanh, nên nhìn nét này khá phóng tay và thẳng. Các nét này được dùng khá nhiều và thường xuyên trong các bài vẽ.
Nét xoắn và nét rối thường được sử dụng nhiều khi bạn diễn họa các vật liệu có cấu tạo phức tạp không theo1 trật tự nào mà điển hình là cây cối , cỏ rạ , đất đá , ... Việc sử dụng nét rối và nét xoắn cũng khá đơn giản . Bạn chỉ cần tăng độ rối và độ xoắn ở những chỗ đậm , khuất sáng và thưa dần ở những chỗ nhạt , nhiều sáng . Thêm nữa bạn cũng cần chú ý , không phải lúc nào vẽ cây cối , cỏ rạ , đất đá ... cũng dùng nét rối và nét xoắn . Bạn nên quan sát kỹ cấu tạo của chúng trước khi đưa ra quyết định cuối cùng là sẽ dùng loại nét nào
Nét đứt đoạn dùng để diễn tả những đối tượng ở xa hoặc những đối tượng mà ta quan sát 1 cách không trực tiếp . Ví dụ như khi bạn vẽ 1 vật ở sau tấm kính (hoặc là ở dưới nước ...) bạn nên dùng loại nét này
Phương pháp chấm dùng nhiều khi bạn diễn tả các đối tượng có bề mặt mịn và có độ tĩnh cao . Bạn có thể thấy phương pháp này rất nhiều trong các bản diễn họa các công trình kiến trúc có khối tròn và bề mặt mịn ..

nhưng cái mục đích của chúng ta ko phải là để vẽ cho đẹp, mà là để mở rộng khả năng tưởng tưởng, để giúp cho chúng ta dễ dàng phác thảo được ý tưởng của mình.
Cách thức để rèn luyện nét vẽ tay sao cho được đẹp .
Để có được nét vẽ tay đẹp ban đầu ta nên làm quen với việc vẽ những đường thằng song song cách đều nhau , các đường thẳng tụ nhau tại 1 điểm , nối 2 điểm cách xa nhau tạo thành 1 đường thẳng ... Công việc này tưởng chừng như rất đơn giản nhưng hiệu quả của nó lại rất cao . Sau 1 thời gian rèn luyện với cách này bạn sẽ thấy nét vẽ của mình tiến bộ rõ rệt , và khi đó , bạn nên chuyển qua tìm hiểu và thể hiện các chất liệu đơn giản và gần gũi với bạn như : Gỗ , đá , cây cỏ ... Và cuối cùng , bạn hãy tìm cho mình những bản diễn họa đẹp để chép lại để có thêm kinh nghiệm trước khi bạn tạo ra tác phẩm của riêng mình
Khi vẽ, các bạn chú ý phải thật nghiêm túc với nét vẽ của mình . Nên vẽ chậm , cẩn thận tránh nhanh , ẩu và phải vẽ thật thường xuyên thì mới mau tiến bộ được . Kiên nhẫn là một yếu tố quyết định đến kết quả công việc của bạn . Chính vì vậy khi vẽ bạn phải thật kiên nhẫn.

This book provides a complete guide to the development of hotels and resorts, covering all aspects of planning, market analysis, interior design and the installation of technical services.
Fred Lawson's text is concise and the information easy to access. He examines the distinctive characteristics of different hotel types, identified by market and location, and specifies the special requirements of each type. Recognising the need for continuous maintenance and life-cycle refurbishment, a full chapter is devoted to these subjects and the business aspects of the hotel operation are considered.
